Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and creating, sharing, requesting or linking to abusive material. These rules apply to profiles, live audio, chats, Moments, uploads and all accounts, including staff.
Adults-only service
Snugglee is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We investigate reports of underage accounts and restrict or remove accounts that do not meet this requirement. An adults-only audience does not remove our child-safety responsibilities.
How to report
In the app, open Report & block and select Child safety. Include the public account ID, room, content reference and a concise description. Outside the app, email support@snuggleeliveapp.com with the subject Child safety report. Do not download, copy, upload or email suspected CSAM. Provide identifiers or links already available to you without redistributing the material. Contact local emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
Response and enforcement
On becoming aware of suspected CSAM or exploitation, we assess the report, restrict access to or remove violating material, and take appropriate action against accounts. We preserve only information needed for lawful reporting, investigation and safety, with restricted access. We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law and cooperate with lawful requests.

Child-safety concerns and requests from authorities can be sent to support@snuggleeliveapp.com, marked Child safety. Snugglee’s operator is responsible for handling these reports and maintaining an accountable child-safety contact. Staff are subject to the same standards; reports must not be dismissed because of rank or payment status.
