No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, non-consensual images or disclosure of private information.

Snugglee is for people aged 18 or older. Do not misrepresent your age or help a minor access the service. Report suspected underage accounts through Child safety in the report menu.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion and trafficking are strictly prohibited, including links, audio, text, images and videos. Read our Child Safety Standards at https://snuggleeliveapp.com/child-safety.
Content and conduct
Explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, illegal goods, violence promotion, scams, malware, spam and evasion of moderation are prohibited. Share content only when you have permission and respect other people’s rights.
Room and staff conduct
Hosts and administrators must use their powers proportionately. Memberships, gifts and staff roles do not exempt anyone from the rules. Personal blocking and reporting are separate from room moderation permissions.
Virtual items and games
Do not manipulate games, gifts, rewards or rankings, coerce payments or promise unofficial cash returns. Real-money purchases are not open in the initial release. Existing virtual features remain available where enabled.
Reports and appeals
Use Report & block on profiles or a room’s member menu. Long-press a room message to report that message, or use the report menu on a Moment. Choose Child safety for suspected exploitation or underage accounts. You can also contact support@snuggleeliveapp.com. Reports are reviewed for appropriate restrictions or removal. Appeal an action by emailing support with your public account ID and relevant context. For immediate danger contact local emergency services.
